• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations
• Maintaining appropriate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) where required
• Obtaining necessary patient consents and authorizations
• Complying with all professional and ethical standards applicable to your practice

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to Codon requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Price changes with 30 days' notice
• No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
