You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate

- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Medical Information and HIPAA Compliance
Codon is designed to help you manage Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). However, you are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations
- Maintaining appropriate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) where required
- Obtaining necessary patient consents and authorizations
- Complying with all professional and ethical standards applicable to your practice
5. Subscription and Payment
Access to Codon requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
- Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
- Price changes with 30 days' notice
- No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
